Q: When and how will I receive my personalised video?

A:Your personalised video will be emailed to you within 48 hours with a secure download link.

Q: How long do I have to download the video?

A: You will have 30 days to download your video. After that, it will be permanently deleted to protect your privacy. Please ensure you download and save it in time.

Q: What if I have ordered the gift package?

A: If you have selected the gift package, we will prepare and post it within 3-5 working days after your video is emailed to you. You will receive an email to confirm when it has been dispatched.

Q: Does my TV have a USB port?

A: USB ports are a standard feature on most TV’s. If your TV was made in 2011 or later, it should have a USB port. Simply plug it into your TV and enjoy.

Q: Can I share the video with family or friends?

A: Yes – feel free to share the video with loved ones, it is a simple and convenient way to connect and enjoy the experience together.

Q: Do I need to provide music or landscape visuals?
A: No - Just choose from our 5 soothing music tracks and we will handle the rest. Our smart video creator picks the perfect beautiful landscape visuals to make it easy for you and relaxing for your loved one.

Q: Can I use familiar music for my loved one?

A: Unfortunately, we can’t use commercial music due to copyright rules, but you’re welcome to play their favourite songs in the background on another device.  Our videos use calming music designed to gently support memory and relaxation.

Q: I have lost the email or download link – what do I do?

A: Please contact us at info@remconex.com and we will be happy to resend your link. We can only reissue your link within 30 days of when the video was created.
